Our two taxi products cover the most common ride in town: from the airport to your hotel or address, and from your address back to the airport. Both are fixed-price for up to 4 guests within 15 km – which covers the city centre, Tromsdalen, Kvaløysletta and most of the island. Beyond 15 km a clear per-kilometre supplement is shown before you pay.
Why pre-book instead of hailing?
In peak aurora season and during events, taxis in Tromsø can be scarce – especially at 04:30 for the first flight south. A pre-booked ride is guaranteed, the price is locked, and you get a reminder e-mail the evening before with your driver's name and phone number.

Frequently asked questions
How far in advance should I book?
As early as you like – the day before is ideal. Same-day bookings are possible when we have a car available.
Is the price really fixed?
Yes. The price you see when booking is what you pay, including any distance supplement beyond 15 km, which is shown before payment.
How many people fit in the taxi?
Up to 4 guests with normal luggage. For 5–6 guests, choose the VIP Mercedes-Benz V-Class.
Can I pay cash or in the car?
Online bookings are paid by card when you book, so the ride is confirmed and nothing needs to be handled in the car.
Do you offer child seats?
Let us know in the notes field when booking and we will do our best to arrange a suitable seat.
Can hotels get invoiced monthly?
Yes – partner hotels book through their own login and receive a monthly statement. Contact us to set up an account.
