Booking details

When you book, we store your name, phone, email, route, pickup time, passengers, luggage, flight number and notes so we can confirm and carry out your trip and send you confirmation, payment and reminder emails. Payments are handled by Stripe.

Google Ads measurement

We use Google Ads to measure whether our ads lead to bookings. When a booking request is sent, the Google tag sends Google an anonymous booking reference, the trip price and information about the ad click (cookies and device data). We do not send your name, email or phone number. Google (Google Ireland Ltd.) receives this data for ad measurement. Visitors in the EEA, Norway, the UK and Switzerland are only measured after accepting cookies; elsewhere measurement is on by default.

Your rights

You can ask for access to, correction or deletion of your data by emailing sigurd@tromsotk.no. You can complain to Datatilsynet (the Norwegian Data Protection Authority).
